The book

The whole method,
in writing

The app gives you today’s workout. The book gives you the reasoning underneath it — what each exercise actually trains, why the order is what it is, and how to read the voice you have on any given morning.

What each exercise is for

Every exercise in the library, explained: the mechanism it trains, what should feel easier afterwards, and the mistake that turns it into effort.

Why the order matters

Warm-up, support, register, articulation, effects, cool-down. The sequence is not arbitrary — it builds on itself, and the book shows how.

How to read your own voice

The single most useful skill, and the hardest to teach in an app: telling the difference between a voice that needs waking up and one that needs leaving alone.
